My Goals

Short-Term Goals

 - Get educated -- read about healthier foods and lifestyle changes
- Try new foods that are healthful
- Learn and practice techniques to avoid emotional eating
- Make healthier food choices (less processed, more vegetables, more appropriate portioning)
- Measure out portions until I can eye-ball closely on portions
- Workout at least 2x/week for at least 20 minutes
- Get out more (go to the park, go on mini hikes, work outside)

Long-Term Goals

- Eradicate emotional eating altogether
- Eat healthy, whole foods at least 6 days of the week
- Feel confident and good about my body
- Workout a minimum of 3x/week for at least 25 minutes
- Grow enough squash, peppers, and tomatoes to freeze/can a big enough supply for the off season
